- Torchwood: I finished Torchwood and I have to say it is the weirdest thing I have ever seen.
- Orphan Black: I watched the entire first two seasons of Orphan Black and all the episodes of season 3 that are out so far. I love it. I've wanted to watch this show for so long and I was not disappointed.
- A Thousand Pieces of You by Claudia Gray: It took me a while to get into this book, but I did enjoy it. Overall, it wasn't spectacular, but it was pretty good. I will read the sequel when it comes out.
- Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli: This book was funny and adorable. I don't usually like realistic fiction, especially this type of realistic fiction, but I really enjoyed this book.
- The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender by Leslye Walton: I did not like this book very much. It didn't make sense to me.
- The Retribution of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin: I finished the Mara Dyer trilogy, and, like most people, I found the last book to be a bit disappointing. I did still enjoy it though.
- Afterworlds by Scott Westerfeld: I wasn't a big fan of the Uglies series, but I really liked Afterworlds. I thought it was written in a very interesting way.
- Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer: I read the first book in the Artemis Fowl series and it was really awesome. Sometimes children's books are just a lot of fun to read. I am totally going to be reading the rest of the series.
- The Knife of Never Letting Go by Patrick Ness: I finally started the Chaos Walking trilogy! I really liked the first book, and I am super excited to read the rest of the trilogy after that cliffhanger.
- Ask the Passengers by A. S. King: This was another realistic fiction book (two in a month. Wow.) I loved it. I really identified with the main character.
- The Demon King by Cinda Williams Chima: I really enjoyed this book and I'm super excited to read the rest of the series. I like one of the main characters Raisa.
This is a random blog that is mostly about fiction including (but not limited to) Doctor Who, Divergent, Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Sherlock, the Mortal Instruments, Percy Jackson, Merlin and The 100

April 2015 Updates
Here's what I've been reading and watching in April:
- I've been watching Torchwood, and I finished the first three seasons. I only have one left. Why are all the best characters dying?
- I am watching Elementary and the third season is almost over. I'm praying that Moriarty will come back.
- I watched The Giver (finally) and it was better than I thought it would be. Honestly, I was expecting it to be terrible, so that really doesn't say much. It was changed a lot from the book.
- I randomly watched Pitch Perfect because I kept seeing gifs from it on tumblr.
- I watched If I Stay and I actually liked it better than the book. It was a really good movie, and it made me cry (which the book did not do).
- I read the final book in the Girl of Fire and Thorns trilogy, Bitter Kingdom by Rae Carson, and it was good. Overall, I thought it was a satisfactory conclusion to a great epic fantasy trilogy.
- I read The Coldest Girl in Coldtown by Holly Black. I liked it, but I actually liked it less than The Darkest Part of the Forest. I thought the romance in this book was kind of creepy.
- I read the first two books in the Mara Dyer trilogy by Michelle Hodkin: The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer and The Evolution of Mara Dyer. I was surprised to find that I enjoyed them both.
- I read Illusions of Fate by Kiersten White, and I really enjoyed it. It was fun and the characters were amazing, and even though it's a standalone, I would love a sequel.
- I read The Kiss of Deception by Mary E. Pearson. I liked it, but not as much as I was expecting to. Overall, I thought it was just okay.
- I read City of Savages by Lee Kelly. I liked it more than I expected too. I really liked the characters and the world was really interesting. I would definitely read anymore books that Lee Kelly publishes.
- I read To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee for my English class. I was surprised to find that I really liked it. I don't usually like classics.

March 2015 Updates
Here is what I've been reading and watching in March:
- The 100 season 2 was the best thing ever. I'm not even exaggerating. I liked season 1, but season 2 was on a whole new level. It had literally everything I want in a TV show. A cool plot? Check. Complex and interesting characters? Check. A diverse cast? Check. The show has gone in such an exciting direction. I can't wait for season 3.
- I am watching Elementary season 3 and I want Moriarty to come back. That is all I have to say about that.
- I am currently watching Torchwood. I'm almost done with season 2. I am enjoying it, and I can officially say that it is the weirdest thing I have ever seen.
- I watched Insurgent. Divergent is not my favourite book series ever, but I do like it. I personally thought the first movie was just okay, and I thought the same of the second movie. There were some good things about it and some bad things. Overall, I would say that, as a movie, Insurgent is about as good as Divergent. However, as an adaptation from the book, Insurgent is much worse than Divergent.
- I read both books in the If I Stay duology by Gayle Forman, If I Stay and Where She Went. I liked both books, but I didn't love either of them. From all the amazing reviews they were getting, I thought that I would like these books better.
- I read Fairest by Marissa Meyer, the prequel to the Lunar Chronicles series. I really enjoyed it, though it wasn't very long, which was a bit disappointing. I really enjoyed reading from the villain's perspective. Now I'm super excited to read Winter.
- I finished the Darkest Minds trilogy by Alexandra Bracken with the final two books Never Fade and In the Afterlight. I enjoyed both, and, overall, I thought the trilogy was great. This science fiction series has an interesting plot and memorable characters. I would definitely recommend it.
- I read Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard because literally everyone else in the world was reading it. I don't understand why everyone loved this book so much. It wasn't that it was bad, it just wasn't as extraordinary as I'd hoped it would be. I'm a bit disappointed, but I plan to read the rest of the books in the series whenever they come out.
- I read The Winner's Crime by Marie Rutkoski, sequel to the Winner's Curse. I enjoyed the Winner's Curse, but this book was incredible. I thought the plot and the writing were so much more interesting than in the first book. I can not wait for the final book in this trilogy to come out.
- I read Shadow Scale by Rachel Hartman, the long awaited sequel to Seraphina, and it was amazing. It's definitely my favourite book published in 2015 so far. I has literally everything I want in a book. Everything in it was amazing!!!

February 2015 Updates:
Here is what I've been reading and watching in February:
- I have been watching The 100 season 2 and the show is just getting better and better. Unfortunately, season 2 is almost finished. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with my life if I can't watch The 100.
- I finished watching How to Get Away with Murder season 1, and, boy, was that final episode shocking. I can't wait to see season two. Too bad I have to wait until the fall.
- I am still watching Elementary season 3, and I will be for a while longer because there are just so many episodes. Elementary is headed in a really exciting direction and I can't wait to find out more.
- I finished watching Broadchurch season 2. I was a little bit disappointed with the ending, but I still enjoyed it.
- I finally finished watching Legend of Korra, and I am currently kind of obsessed. Season 4 was definitely my favourite.
- I am currently watching Torchwood season 1. It's very... odd.
- I read The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater. The Raven Cycle is one of my favourite series of all time, and it's by the same author, so I've wanted to read the Scorpio Races for a while. I didn't enjoy is as much as the Raven Cycle, but it was still good.
- I read The Winner's Curse by Marie Rutkoski, the first book in a trilogy. The second book is coming out this year. The book was okay. I liked it enough to read the sequel when it comes out.
- I read Eona by Alison Goodman, the sequel to Eon and the last book in the duology. Wow, it was really good. I am annoyed that their are only two books in the series.
- I read The Girl of Fire and Thorns by Rae Carson, and the sequel, The Crown of Embers. I enjoyed both books, and I plan on reading the final book in the trilogy soon.
- I read The Darkest Part of the Forest by Holly Black. It was the first book I have read by Holly Black, and the first book I read published in 2015. I liked it more than I thought I would. I'm definitely going to check out Holly Black's other books.
- I read The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Bracken, the first book in a science fiction trilogy. Why didn't I start reading this series sooner? I could not stop reading this book.
- I read The Ruby Circle by Richelle Mead, the last book in the Bloodlines series. I'm not a big fan of Vampire Academy and Bloodlines, but then again, I have read all twelve books. The Ruby Circle was okay, like all the other books in the series.
